The work culture at the company is very bad. The C level executives have literally no idea about the business. People are hired for their particular profile and then expected to do stuff for other people. Compensation is based on their relationship with their bosses. No appraisal policy. The office environment is very negative. Cleanliness is a very big challenge. Not good work environment for female employees. If people raise any concern they treated very badly and at times asked to leave. Globalnest also has company under the name Eventdex. People are supposed to work after office hours from home or extend frequently. Overall, I would ask people not to join here....Read More

Initially it was exciting but then I really lost interest. Very boring.
