Over the past four years, my experience at globallogic has been overwhelmingly negative, making it increasingly difficult to continue my professional journey here. Only cab facility is good at Globallogic.

Too much partiality is shown. If you are favorable to the manager, then lucky for you! For female employees can not even get a leave if they are having health problems. They would just say "even I get health issues but I'm still coming to office".. Team lead are showing very much partially among the employees.This is the main reason for my resignation.

There will be work-life imbalance in GlobalLogic and if you are a fresher then I advise you not to join GlobalLogic because there are some projects( projects like Anaplan) which can spoil both your career and mental health and if you join then you can also appoint a doctor and there is politics which is done by the middle level management team which can spoil your career and mental health.

Overall I loved working with globallogic, I started my career with globallogic, everything was so good had a great time there.

Terrible appraisals. The company works with product-based companies but offers salaries like those in service-based companies. If you want to do nothing with your life, join this company and relax. There is no micromanagement, and management always listens to your issues and concerns, but they never apply or resolve them.
