Dislikes

Everything has pros and cons but yes, I would rather say improvement instead of demerits. Overall company is growing and developing, but sometime it become monotonous while repeating same working patterns, so I would suggest morning briefing for the day or a short activity to charge up employees mood and to kick start the day.
