Things which I would like to mention while working in GVI are- - GVI Provides a platform where you can grow professionally and personally. Dislikes

Everything has pros and cons but yes, I would rather say improvement instead of demerits. Overall company is growing and developing, but sometime it become monotonous while repeating same working patterns, so I would suggest morning briefing for the day or a short activity to charge up employees mood and to kick start the day.

When I was working with Global Vision Immigration time to time training was provided related to our work and life. Few of the staff members was very supportive and had helped me time to time.

Dislikes

In Global vision Immigration many times senior staff members scream on the new employees on the floor. They don't even think while screaming on the floor. The staff members are very much interested to comment in personal life of each other. They are not even standing at there own words. In my case I was told you have 15 days time tomeet up your target but not 12th day I was told that we didn't see any clients so you have to leave now even I was still having 3 days time to complete my target but I was asked to leave. When I asked that can I have some words with the senior authority they refused to do so. My overall experience was not good at all in the organization....Read More
