The leadership needs to more knowledgable& sensible rather than being stupid. If you are joining in BSBI get ready for hell. The leaders doesn’t work at all. They shout on floor raise escalations for silly things they treat you like shit. At the end of the day we dont have to be DISRESPECTED. Mr.sheshi come out of your room and check the leadership.
