Likes

The ambience was great with tremendous opportunities to develop your skills. The colleagues were scholarly and knew their craft well. The students come across the country from different states and backgrounds making the classes interactive.

Dislikes

Nothing really, just that the infrastructure could have been better. I am sure by now they have worked it.

Work Details

Research guidance, UGC NET coaching, training the students to crack multiple entrance exams, Soft Skill training and inculcating interpersonal skills..

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
