The organization maintain 5days a week job culture.

Dislikes

Work culture is horrible .. no discipline neither proper protocol. Zero training support. Work environment was not at all good , specially in East and as overall may be average so far my experience as east head. Hipocrecy was on top priority. Zero compliance adherence.

Work Details

Was totally unbalanced and this was only due to reporting manager at the time I was employed with Global Payments. Zero compliance adherence. I was forced to resign due to my reporting manager unethical behaviour.

Very good company to work with every thing good Like products,Technology's,work culture but only things to change company should provide career Growth.

Dislikes

I have work for more than 7 years, I was awarded the most prestigious award , President Club in 2011.but only I am worried about career growth.
