I would like to give short brief Journey Global opportunities. I have started my career working as counselor year 2016 was very new to system. Passing 2 years having faith on me Siddharth sir gave me opportunity to work as office Manager. It gives me opportunity in my career and learn how to develop leadership quality. The beginning of the years working as office manager was very difficult and despite having lot hurdles and challenges, sir has not leave me and keep continuous guiding. The best part i like as a mentor Siddharth sir keep guiding his team members not make them feel low and make them capable to reach goal. I never thought just in 2 years i will directly get promoted from Counsellor to Office Manager. Thank you so very much sir and still every day undergoing learning new things ....Read More

There is nothing such as dislike. For me some one says dislike means , it has been relate to individual. working as family or team doesn't give the option of dislikes but gives options to learn new things. I personally never find anything as dislike.

When an employee resigns they start harassing them. The HR is even worse, they will not give your resignation acceptance nor reliving or experience letter. If a call goes for reference check they either don't respond or give a very negative feedback. No gratuity is even given.

I liked the job role as a PPC expert.

Dislikes

1- no job insecurity 2- there's no company hierarchy followed. CEO will intervene in every possible situation and the HR team will try to deduct your salary. 3- They can deduct even 5 days salary for a single sick leave and if you are ill and you couldn't inform before the shift starts then there are high chances that you'll be replaced. 4- micromanagement- throughout the day the CEO will keep an eye on you and would further deploy people to keep a close eye on you. 5- they do have sandwich leave policy. Everything, it’s a Lala company, CEO and then regional manager of Delhi and the the most senior HR they are the mother father of company, I have no words to say but let God decides such kind of people would never live peacefully. They people have destroyed the career of many dedicated and deserving employees. They should be ashamed of calling themselves a women. Karma will definitely hit them.

Everything, I did not get salary after 1 month of completion notice and there is no praises ever about the work always they give you shortage of Target cohort wise and unlimited unnecessary calls and follow ups need to complete bcz of the crm design tool every day there are number of calls have to do along with other things like attending students new inquiries, ongoing application cases, targets of country wise and many more, I emailed multiple times to company CEO, owner and all HR members regarding salary they all passes the questions to each other and finally I left emailing because there was no answer at all, in Ahmedabad branch specially always the one and only person available for all countries work and also to maintain office and the one office boy, I was the only counselor during the working hours daily. How they run branches don't know. There is another pressure of work by every hours from the HO and the HR continues watching you on camera everyday and after watching they called you about your work whatever you are doing either in lunch or in washroom...Read More

The founder is the only decision maker and is not open to suggestions . Does not give authority to staff to take decision even on smallest of the things . A manager cannot approve a leave of a staff without founders approval.
