Global school foundation is very good organisation but the managers and senior managers are not good at all, internal politics is more and there is no training and improvements and there is no growth in this company, don’t join here

Anyone joining the institution see that its your last choice as they are only there to use you to the extreme for their needs. School Heads should be treated respectfully if the Mgnt desires them to relive them w.e.f., immediately by issuing them, minimum, a month notice in advance. Non teaching staff should be trained to deliver their routines effectively and report to the School Head on daily basis and not by pass the authority of the Head of the School

working as a teacher at GIIS NOIDA has been a fulfilling experience for me, the supportive environment and collaborative culture make it a joy to come to work every day. The management is approachable and values the contributions of its teaching staff
