Working at GIIS was good. My teammates were cooperative, caring, always there to help me. The salary I received was not up to my expectations but I hope for appraisal evert year which should be given. I have learned a lot of things and have upgraded my knowledge. I think it's a privilege to be working in GIIS given such pandemic times people are losing out on their jobs. I definitely have a sense of security at this institution for we get salaries on time which indeed has helped us with work satisfaction. There is also a good work life balance at this stage.
