New Principal is very disciplined and punctual. Now she is doing many good changes in school.

Lowest salary, hefty workload, worst staff, New Principal is quite good and she is trying to change this all gossiping culture, discipline and trying to implement good moral values among staff, co-ordinator was not at all educated and only full of attitude

No Standard Operating Procedure. Newcomers get far more better salary as compared to seniors. Seniors may be getting 30k whereas the juniors get 40k as starting salary.

My favorite think about GIIS Punggol has to be the smart technology that is integrated into the teaching curriculum. Not only has it made it is easier for me to teach, the students seem to be responding better to it then traditional textbook reading.

The school has a big name but when you work in that organisation you will get to see the real picture of the organisation. Everything was given at the last moment . No proper rules and regulations which one should abide by specially in terms of benefits and salary. final accounts are not being settled even after 5 months of leaving the job. Horrible experience of working as a teacher
