Its a very good place for fresher to start a carrier, I had a very good experience by joining in this company. For fresher its very good place if you have a basic communication. Obviously this company is having bond period, but whenever we required certificates they are providing the certificate.

Job security is there, and its a very good flat form for fresher, instead of wasting money by giving to medical billing class, just learn basic how to give self intro, basic Typing and Computer skill is enough to get this job. For AR Callers there is very good scope for now. Salary best in the industry as mentioned by them for fresher Voice process. Work environment is good, Every company is having politics compare to my present company in this company politics is lower. they provide very good appraisal, i never any other company provide this much of hike. Apart from Salary there is nothing been provided like tea, snacks has complement. Can add Coffee vending machine. Transport facility. so that this company can be familiar. Hikes are far better compared to other companies with the same process. Leads are helpful and supportive for learners and hardworkers. 8 1/2 hrs login time.

No cab facility. PST shift for night shifts . Poor infrastructure. Honest review by a 2 yrs experienced .
