work environment is good,i get good appraisal and salary, best thing is work from home is available.

Delay in variable pay and increment, also working time in more than 8 hours i:e 8:25 hours.

This is one of the worst place that i have worked. This is a place where there is no any structure. No work life balance. There is lot of politics. Cannot be called as an IT firme
