No job satisfaction. If you are working from home, you have no idea what is happening in the company. There is no meeting or anything that updates about the status of the projects that you are working on. Randomly tasks are assigned without any clear instruction / direction. And the manager will micro manage everything you do. Thereis no freedom to explore / learn / use new things. Outdated coding languages, methods and patterns are used. Management has no care about employee development While joining, they will make you sign a contact of 3 years, saying they will be investing in your training program. But once you join, they'll directly put you into project without any KT or training. No hikes, upon that they will deduct your salary saying company's performance is not good. But they don't provide any update on the current status of the company....Read More
