The work culture and the people are the best part. The work-life balance is great and people here make sure that an employee is well rested and that helps in productivity. The work timings are flexible which also help is time management for other aspects of life.

Dislikes

The salary/compensation part is good but the appraisal not as much as compared to the work load. Growth is a bit slow, however, the work I do here is recognized and appreciated.

The company is open to innovation as a business. Job Security is good, company's work culture is excellent, however, process wise its fine. All in all Gain credit as a company is very good but need some improvement in process grounds.

I don't dislike anything about the company, overall I'm satisfied with what we have, however, i feel growth is slow.

They truly values the every employees opinion and their ideas. recently they have implemented hybrid work culture, which is really helpful at this period and never forced employees to return to work on immediate basis.
