In a simple word, Gain Credit a good place to work as company has good work culture. It is a employee centric company as it takes feedback from employees and implement them. The work life balance is perfect here. It also comes down to 'Respect' and everyone working in this organization understands that word 'Respect' very clearly. The culture here is unlike other companies I have worked for in the past where employees and their lives don't quite matter. Dislike is rather harsh, I would say things we could certainly change or set about a change in is more learning opportunities to upskill and more events to socialize with the rest of the colleagues would be very welcoming.

Gain Credit is an amazing place to work on this is my 2nd organization in the carrier one of the best place to work. It's been two years I have joined I have never ever been to office but still made me feel like I'm at my work place and I get all sort of help from the management. I would say one of the best place to work gain knowledge and learn things on day to day.

I like that the company is transparent and employee centric

Dislikes

The HR function needs improvement. Especially the onboarding process is not organised. I did not have a salary discussion and was sent the appointment letter and the only option I had was to accept or reject the offer. I raised this with head of HR and was told this will be reviewed after 6 months and then I reached out before my annual review but never got a response.

Everything about the company is commendable. The Culture of putting people first above everything else is probably the best thing I like about here. The management is very capable and super approachable. They actually care and listen to employees. Compensation and benefits are over market standard and employees get ample growth opportunities.

It is a great place to work where every individual is valued for their skill and knowledge. Transparency - Management shares organization progress and plans with everyone in the organization on regular intervals. Monitory benefits and perks - GC gives better pays and hike which will be as per market or a level above the market which keeps us motivated.

Learning - There is an opportunity in learning and development section which help employees to up skill their knowledge which result in better utilization or resource and helps in achieving upcoming business challenges. Leave policy - Other than national holidays (26th Jan / 15th Aug) we don't get mandatory leave or double pay however for other Indian holidays (Festival holidays / state holidays). Also in other MNC's employees get benefits of UK holidays (Bank holidays / Boxing day) but we get only Christmas and new year....Read More
