Transparency - Management shares organization progress and plans with everyone in the organization on regular intervals. Learning - There is an opportunity in learning and development section which help employees to up skill their knowledge which result in better utilization or resource and helps in achieving upcoming business challenges. Leave policy - Other than national holidays (26th Jan / 15th Aug) we don't get mandatory leave or double pay however for other Indian holidays (Festival holidays / state holidays).
