I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. The only good thing about the organization is the salary is always on time

They make changes to company policy at any given time & then force employees to follow the same, Do not expect any support from HR as they are so arrogant that they even do not bother to reply to your mails unless you send at-least 2-3 reminders
