Hi, I would like to provide my honest review on GSK on Talent Acquisition team at Bangalore. They are really unprofessional and does not know how to behave with their peers. They think they are the big warriors of their company. Really unprofessional ethics especially with the Sr Mgmt people handling Pharma recruitment. This is the worst phase of my job in thos company, they get the work done and they point out petty issues and blame the person keeping all the good work aside. Forget about promotion, they don’t even give good appraisals saying the you have missed things like my learning and time trackers

Good Brand value in front of the Doctor. Legacy brands and people recognise you if you tell one brand .

Old Policies which now a days don’t work in India. Frequent wind up of divisions .Future is not bright in India as at any time they can withdraw their operations. Some RBM’s and Higher managements they play with the ground level people that they will be transferred if they are unable to meet the no’s.
