Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? Work life balance is good, perks and compensation is not as per industry standards. There is not much scope to learn once you reached a stage hardly you get a chance in exploring technology or standards (like agile). You have to just go with the flow, feel happy you're getting salary.
