Work life balance is good, perks and compensation is not as per industry standards. There is not much scope to learn once you reached a stage hardly you get a chance in exploring technology or standards (like agile). You have to just go with the flow, feel happy you're getting salary.

Dislikes

1. No Group Insurance. 2. No perks like bonus, or variable pay. 3. They don't have exact agile methodologies (they follow there own) 4. They company is legacy, similar to their few legacy products
