I am working here from over an year I don't why people writing unnecessary negative reviews on company and their policy, and rubbish about cluster manager ,or area manager, I feel proud to say over my all experience hyderabad region is one best to work under leadership like ram sir but to work under him u need to understand the wayhe thinks, company is also one of best compared to other companies, out of my overall 10 years of Experience I would definitely recommend anyone who is genuine and honest in work as company has a thought of taking us forward by holding our hands till end...Read More

Ram sir’s presence at my home during the cremation ceremony was a gesture that touched my heart deeply. He provided me with emotional, mental, and even financial support when I needed it the most. In all my years of professional experience, I have never encountered a leader who demonstrates such genuine care and empathy. Company is good trying hard to bring good work culture but failed to do that in some parts

The Hyderabad management is worse. People Target someone and make Their life hell and the store manager has no value at all Area Manager himself is involved in all the back bitchin and gossiping along with the sale's staff which leads to disrespect of SM by sales staff and no one will even try to understand your side of story when an SM and AM have a issue Regional manager doesn't even try to have a word and resolve the issue. He blindly believe AM rather then atleast try to understand what's happening and the basic requirement of SOH is not provided which is not at all validate because as we are on floor and handling the stock the most it's must require for us to know what and qty stock we have at our store level .. most of the time you have to work 12-14 hours shift If you want your personal life and self-respect I would suggest you not to join this organisation in Hyderabad...Read More

Customer service is on point they will not let the customers suffer and they don't blame to the store managers for any customer issues management is supportive
