I am compelled to share my experience with Giva, a brand that has truly redefined what it means to work for a company that prioritizes its employees' well-being. One of the defining moments of my time at Giva came recently when I faced the heartbreaking loss of a family member. In such a challenging time, I reached out to my manager with a request for a few days off to attend the final rituals. I was overwhelmed by the understanding and compassion shown by the entire team. Not only did the company grant me the time I needed to recover, but my area manager, Ram Netikar, went above and beyond in ways I never could have anticipated. Ram sir’s presence at my home during the cremation ceremony was a gesture that touched my heart deeply. He provided me with emotional, mental, and even financial support when I needed it the most. In all my years of professional experience, I have never encountered a leader who demonstrates such genuine care and empathy. Mr. Ram's actions have set a new standard for what it means to be a leader and a great Manager. I'm grateful to Giva and Ram sir for such great support. this kind of heartfelt support that truly sets it apart. I can say without hesitation that my loyalty to this brand runs deep. Company is good trying hard to bring good work culture but failed to do that in some parts

The Hyderabad management is worse. People Target someone and make Their life hell and the store manager has no value at all Area Manager himself is involved in all the back bitchin and gossiping along with the sale's staff which leads to disrespect of SM by sales staff and no one will even try to understand your side of story when an SM and AM have a issue Regional manager doesn't even try to have a word and resolve the issue. He blindly believe AM rather then atleast try to understand what's happening and the basic requirement of SOH is not provided which is not at all validate because as we are on floor and handling the stock the most it's must require for us to know what and qty stock we have at our store level .. most of the time you have to work 12-14 hours shift If you want your personal life and self-respect I would suggest you not to join this organisation in Hyderabad...Read More

Customer service is on point they will not let the customers suffer and they don't blame to the store managers for any customer issues management is supportive

Giva is a good company but the recent addition of people in the upper management is not good.They are making company culture toxic.
