Worked with gisul for 3 month during which i never received my offer letter. As a Job Seeker who joined their team with high hopes, i can confidently say that working for this organisation has been an absolute waste of time. I Urge to avoid this Organisation at all costs. There are plently of reputable companies that prioritize their employees and provide the necessary support for their career development . Moreover gisul has a disturbing practice of making work employees work extra hours without compensating them adequately. Not only did they fail to provide any additional pay or overtime benefits for the extra work, but they also deducted salary for arriving late, which seemed completely unfair. This exploitative behaviour left me feeling undervalued and taken advantage of as an employee. No Perks and benefits in this company...Read More
