Girdharilal construction jitna iss ka nam accha hai , utna kam accha nahi hai , sab se bekar site hai jaha pe mene kam kiya hai, one by one batata hu iss company ke bare me , Me noida wali site pe kam karta hu , or yaha se staff ki life bilkul labour jesi hai ,na to peene ke liye pani hai , or agar office me ja kar bol do ki sir pani ki problem hai to bolte hai apne ghar se le kar aao , or mesh ka khana ki to pocho mat , itna bekar khana hai ki pocho mat , worst quality hai khane ki , or kayi bar khane me se chipkali or chuhe mile hai , jis se kayi bando ki tabiyat khrab hui hai , or shikat karne pe bhi koi action nahi hota , bolte hai jis ko mesh me khana hai khao, nahi khana to mat khao or sallery se 3k rupees kat te hai, khane ka or itna bekar khana hai koi kha nahi skata , kyoki mesh ka inchange shivraj hai jo ki noida wali site pe jo account hai uss ka bhai hai , or ye dono bhiyo ki mili bhagat hai , Sanjeev Gupta bolta hai ham ne sab facility de rakhi hai .. lekin yaha pe kuch nahi hai , na joining latter milta hai , na hi koi increment hota hai , bass labour hi tarahh kam karte raho in ke liye , Or yaha pe safety ke nam bas dhakosle hai , safety staff kuch kam nahi karta bass poore din photo baji karta hai , labour ne hemant nahi laga rakha to photo click kar ke group me Dall diya jata hai , group baji karta hai , na ki us ko samjhaye , ki helmet lagao , Safety ke sath kam karo , or gara koi helmet nahi phenta to uss ka debit staff ki sallery me se kiya jata hai , ab ye batao staff , tower me kam dekhe ya labour ko dekhega , Safety walo ka safety se kiu matlab nahi hai photo click kar ke staff ke upar dalna hai ki ap tower me kiya dekh rahe ho are bhaiya.. wo engineer hai wo apna karega ya ek ek labour ko helmet or safety belt lagwata rahega poore din , agar wo staff me tower me hai us ke samne safety violation ho raha to wo , uss ki galti hai , bhaut bura culture hai yaha , Staff ke liye koi suvidha nahi hai yaha pe , Poori site ka bantadhar lovejeet or shivraj ne kar rakha hai , lovejet ko site pe bare me kuch pata nahi hai fir bhi site ke mamlo ke interfair karta hai , Jai hind jai bharat ❤️...Read More

Worst company of my life, Very bad work environment and discipline, There is no rules and regulations in company, They paying salary after 2 months, 1 month salary is always hold, After resignation of employee they hold the salary and not pay, In office everybody using abusing language from junior to senior, even M.D also. They not provide any Joining Letter, Salary Slip, Experience Letter etc. They bribe to all Officers of their area so that nobody willing to any complaint against him....Read More
