Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. No work culture. The managers are egoistic and for no reason will make you feel like you are nothing and don’t know anything. Will shout at you for no reason. Worst company to work for. Never join this company, there is too much politics. Rohit Kathtayan is the head of this Politics, and Ankit Gambhir is also involved. These people don't care about your mental health. They'll call you anytime, even 2 Am or 3 Am. Lokesh Arora is another person who doesn't listen to anything. If there is no real management your life will ruined and your mental health will deteriorate. You'll just be working like a dunky, and no one will listen to you especially if you're a fresher.
