Dislikes

Toxic work environment and upper management. The COO openly threatens to ruin career and name in the industry to not just one person but the whole team. No timely appraisals, you get a hike only if you produce another offer (they match it). Bullying culture and favouritism. Employees who cross boundaries and harass others. No action taken even when brought up to the HR or top management. Merit is not valued, you cannot stand up for yourself and your work. The COO will bully you in open forums if you don’t do as they dictate....Read More

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
