HR has been doing a fabulous job on people management. Company has a perfect long term vision and supports each and every employee to upskill their capabilities. And together as a team achieve the goal. Flexible working hours and WFH support is the key to reduce any stress which helps to maintain work balance.

Based on my overall experience from past companies, GEP seems to be the best in maintaining work balance and has helped me to fast track my expertise in the procurement space.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
