Nothing much, HR policies are the only plus I can see in terms of TnL policy, advance against your expenses.

Dislikes

No clear vision is shared by top management/Leaders, their priorities change every week. Unrealistic business targets, every month they set double objective then last month, without discussing with you. And ask you to leave if you don't accept their targets.
