I like they hired me.

I hate why did they hire me. Joining Genpact was my worse decision. After joining I was told that the process gonna be ram down and they issued me bench latter. My job is at stake.

Few Managers are very helpful and cooperative apart from higher management is pathetic they even don’t know how to make people relationship with there team members Best example is SANTANDER The AVP is I don’t even have words he destroyed the whole UK process
