Previously it has good culture,strategy but after changing it's management there are no rules or regulations and the behaviour with employees(even performers) is very bad.

It's management. Even though I have given 18 years to this organisation it doesn't shows any sympathy or anything. It only knows to follow the management's word like parrot.

Very good company for entry level only, as salary offering by them is very less. So its good to stay for 1-2 years only and learn every dept. & process.
