They like disliking their own employees. Everyone at GOA office is mentally retarded. They believe they are money generators and every one working out in the field shedding their blood and sweat are useless. NOT A COMPANY FOR ANY SALES OR MARKETING PEOPLE.

Dislikes

The company does not believe in organisational system. The people sitting at Goa office disrespect their own marketing team and the on field staff. They have absolutely no human sense. They themselves work like donkeys. There is no increment or appraisal. Their compensation is poor which doesn't match industry standards. They agree to your compensation in the interview and it is hugely cut on the offer letter. Also they pay salaries after 10th of each month. The expenses are credited after 4 months. Also the company has no F&F system. They do not settle the F&F. It directly means that on field people who work day and night standing in the heat, shed their blood and sweat, travel long distance to make up the day, risk their lives are useless as they earn their salaries late, expenses after 3 months, disrespected by office staff, no appraisals and no hike. If any credit note happens, it's cut from the salary of the field staff. The office staff is highly mentally retarded as they don't treat the field staff like humans.
