The company culture is highly demanding, requiring employees to work excessively hard. Additionally, the policies in place are considered unfavorable, and some individuals within the organization exhibit unprofessional behavior. I also enjoy the challenging projects we work on, as they allow me to expand my skills and contribute to meaningful research

Dislikes

I find that the recent change to a six-day working week, particularly for night shift employees, has significantly impacted my work-life balance and overall job satisfaction. I believe that a more flexible schedule could enhance employee well-being and productivity.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
