There is nothing much to like in this company, because just after joining HR will reveal their policy that there will be deduction of 10,000 if you don't complete 1 year. Also there is no mediclaim facility provided from company, they don't even provide proper reimbursements, They don't even encourage field sales, just after joining they would ask for targets from you

All dislikes have been mentioned in the Likes Section, Additional to that if you want your FNF to be settled in a proper way(which is just on paper) you would be asked to provide a video of 45 seconds in which you have to praise a lot about company, then only they will proceed with your FNF. 1. Worst culture in PSS team (especially) 2. The general manager recruitment always interfere in personal life and insult like anything. She can abouse physically also. 3. Worst incentive structure. 4. You will give your everything still you will not get any motivation. 5. Moreover worst place to work in permanent staffing solution team. I will never recommend anyone.
