1 st thing they use a tactics of demoralize pepple before who they are hiring. How? Listen then they will call you ask to come for a interview then they will reject you. Then after some months they will call you again and then they will tell u ur a good candidate then waiting for sometime and u will recived offer letter which will be less than ur previous one. And the more story on the below..... If you are someone who has a oil factory or a tanker with you congrats you are in their selfish zoo then. The most selfish, illogical company in the market. They are looking for and also offering salary to the candidates from there current salary. How? Then listen If you check your salary format provided by them in your offer letter in the excel sheet check each and every components and use calculator. After that when u check your previous salary u can check then hav done manipulation in the pf, and many more section. Ed, cbi raid also happened multiple times in their office. They manipulate in everything from salary to there balance sheet. 1. Worst culture in PSS team (especially) 2. The general manager recruitment always interfere in personal life and insult like anything. She can abouse physically also. 3. Worst incentive structure. 4. You will give your everything still you will not get any motivation. 5. Moreover worst place to work in permanent staffing solution team. I will never recommend anyone.
