Decent organization to start your career as a fresher gets to learn a lot from here. Also the huge workload and multiple tasks prepares someone to deal with pressure. Which can be considered as a positive side from this organization.

The corporate culture is so sickening and the management policy is so dreadful here that you will barely find any positive point about your employer. Top management is extremely self-regarding & egocentric and never cares about it's employees. Increment or performance appraisal system does not exist in the first place and here performance is not a parameter for appraisal or increment here rather flattering capability is the actual index for growth. Divisional heads across the departments here are so arrogant, judgemental and nitpicker that you will never find comfort doing your job.
