Most 3rd class work culture. There is no opportunity of learning things. No job security. No career growth. Cheap salary. Yes team lead and members and hierarchy also do politics.they deduct your salary if you late even 1 minute in office but never pay you for overtime. Overall the most 3rd class office in kolkata.
