There are several people who have grabbed the high level chair and every work is delegated to the junior level employee and are held responsible for their decisions taken by higher level. Apart from this there is no job security specifically who are new or almost an year old in the company.

Gosh! I wish I could say that I used to work from 9:30 to 6:30. Unfortunately there was no deadline. Approximately on the average 9 and that too didn't get any appraisal as well in the time span of 1.7 years.
