It's been one year still I am trying to find good things here.
Dislikes
For name sake they will tell inclusion but they treat contagious workers as a daily labours , managers don't care about contagious workers career, they want only work . First of all GM is in loss don't know when they close GM TCI, here everything is automated and repeating works ,No knowledge gain. If anyone thinking after few months they will make direct employees means NO they won't do. Here few peoples are working here from past 10 years as a contagious worker. So called senior direct employees not having good knowledge if anybody ask simple question to them they don't have capacity to answer( few employees), my manager (Saravanakumar) is even worst ,he doesn't have technical knowledge. He is worst manager I ever seen, that's why they are not getting jobs outside still working in GM . Overall I had very bad experience in GM TCI . Anybodies giving more importance for gaining knowledge and you need RESPECT means strongly recommend DON'T JOIN. Just for time pass doing job means highly recommend to join .
