The company is always a place of favouring marathi people and non marathi person survival is very difficult eventually you didn't get any support from Research and Development team at any point of time and people are not willing to listen the market feedback about the assays

Dislikes

Marathi lobby works the best. If you are a Marathi then you are on a government job in this start up. Else they will fire you anytime even if you do your work. THIS LAB CAME UP DURING COVID AND STARTED KIT BUSINESS. There is always a if and but with the products.
