One of the challenges that I have faced at Gemsons is the management style, which can something involved unfulfilled promises and overly strict polices like bonds, deduction for minor issues. Additionally, the focus on the growth is often determined by negative mindset and internal politics, which can hinder the productivity and a create a unwanted work environment which disturbs your personal as well as professional life. Its totally waste of time. Very bad behavior from Management. No carreir growth, no salary increament, no weekday off.

Very bad culture, No career growth, very less salary, salary is calculated on daily hrs of working same like unskilled workers no fix salary. No weekday off. Treating like servants.
