Culture is very toxic and works on how much you can butter your superior. Superiors are very incompetent and no help from them. I think they should hire someone who has knowledge of the departments. A good principal will be the first hire they should do.

My colleagues are friendly and cooperative.but our coordinators never disclose any matter related to the school till the last minute eg: meetings, timetable, holidays etc. I never seen that they would discuss with the teachers about school related decisions,ask suggestions to us. Now management has got changed and their rules and regulations. salary and everything according to the new management rules....Read More
