I am glad that i got an opportunity to work with gems education.i learned many innovative ideas through my colleagues and materials provided by school management. I attend professional development sessions which was arranged by old management. Through this am able to improve my skills and knowledge. Salary is good.

Dislikes

My colleagues are friendly and cooperative.but our coordinators never disclose any matter related to the school till the last minute eg: meetings, timetable, holidays etc. I never seen that they would discuss with the teachers about school related decisions,ask suggestions to us. Now management has got changed and their rulesand regulations. salary and everything according to the new management rules....Read More
