Onboarding Experience -> The onboarding process leaves much to be desired. There's a significant la ck of transparency regarding your role and responsibilities. I found that a large percentage of positions are primarily support-focused, often marketed as DevOps roles. This mismatch between expectations and reality can be frustrating for newcomers. Lack of Coding Culture & problem solving attitude -> As a software engineer, expected a good culture focused on encouraging problem solving and coding culture but there seems to be absence of a coding culture within the company. There seems to be little regard for employees' career paths or opportunities for skill improvement. If you're passionate about coding or wish to develop your technical skills, this environment may not support your aspirations. Monotonous Work-> The nature of the work is quite monotonous.
