1. Toxic work culture 2. Owner is demon he dont know how to talk to girl . 3. No Job security 4. They approve your leave, but later they will deduct your amount for a leave 5. If you’re one minute late, then they will deduct half day salary 6. Body shaming By Rakesh Panchal 7. Once you’re in office, you can’t get out for a 15 minutes or 20 minutes for taking fresh air. Once you’re in your lock, you will feel like lock up. 8. They never show mercy if you have any urgent work or something 9. They hire you by making false promises, but once you join, they will deny everything, for example, they say that they have a Saturday off, but there is no Saturday off 9.
