1). No time management long working hours with no extra pay/overtime. 2). Salary deductions. 3). Employee treatment. 4). Dislikes

No work life balance. Long working shifts upto 16+ hours and no chairs provided. Dirty washrooms outside the building without proper locks. Any day can be your last day as the HR and PPC have whacking firing skills. Working under PPC's leadership often feels more like living under dictatorship than participating in a collaborative and organized workspace environment.
