The school is situated at remote area,works on the principles of four Vedas & Geeta .Working experience is different with global pattern. My colleagues are coming from various cultures,they are courteous,disciplined, honest,reliable & hardworking. Management Committee is cooperative, helpful, honestly dedicated to great cause.Learning socialism.Overall experience is good.

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Teammates are not well experienced, unable to motivate students toward their professional growth,need more training & contacts with professional leaders.Professional growth is not possible without tough competition & environment. No opportunity to go abroad for more professional & technical skill growth.

Work Details

Working environment at Geetagyan Sanskar Academy is excellent.y work is slightly challenging as I have to look after entire teaching- learning process all office duties & corresponden as well as manage daytoday work future plan monitoring etc.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
