Within the Product Team , the culture is great. Managers, analysts, designers and devs all work with together in harmony. Sr PMs are always open to hearing ideas and provide great mentorship as well. Devs are very flexible specially the dev TL is extremely capable and always helps out whenever i have a technical doubt.

Dislikes

Cross team collaboration could be a bit better and a bit of vision alignment amongst all team members would help a lot.

There is a healthy and friendly working enviornment where everyone maintains a welcoming approach. There is transparency in Management. Overall, it is a good place to work maintaining work life balance.

Dislikes

There is no strategised way of working and a bit of visible favourism not on management level but on team level which affects ground level employees defication, which should be worked upon.

1. Geekster has supportive teammates, abundant learning opportunities. We can directly connect to the founders and team leader which is rare. Other team members are also very kind to work with.

1. Leave policy could be better 2. Work from home should be allowed when the employee is not well. 3. There could be more engaging activities like Fun-friday.

Geekster offers a welcoming networking with supportive co-workers, new ideas are always welcomed and accepted. You can work directly work with stakeholders which is great for person's personal and professional growth.

I believe the communication between teams can be improved. Also, it would be a little more flexible if Hybrid working model can be considered.

What makes a startup like Geekster a great place to work is the culture is very supportive. There are fun Fridays which brings a positive vibe in the office. Also you have seniors who are open to feedback.

Dislikes

There are in office celebrations but the frequency should be increased so a positive and healthy vibe can be created.
