giving holidays in quarterly basis and have to submit a health ceritficate if you are taking sick leave.can only take 4 leave in a quarter and which cant be forwarded to another quarter...worse management.

only thing that i like is they give salery in time and apart from this every thing every thing is worse.havent seen worse management then this....leaves will be given by them in quarterly basis and one can only take 6 leaves in a 3 month for ful time employee...in which 1.5 is sick leave 1.5 is casual and 3 is paid leave which cant be forwarded to another quarter.if you take a sick leave then you have to submit medical document to them.in your office space they will fix your sitting position and if you change once they will literally make you regrete. and need to complete 45hrs in a week which is equivalent to 9hr a day....Read More

Don't work in Geeksforgeeks. There is no job security. Upper management takes instinctive bad decisions. They are ruthless. They don't consider loyalty and honestly. Whoever buttered them they will stay. They fired whole of the team who built gfg from the scratch. Fired everyone and hired interns. Whatever job opening are ther in job portal are all expired and jobathon they are fake marketing it because in backend there are no such job openings. They don't provide tissues at washroom (apparently cost cutting) , lights will get off at day time (apparently energy saving). Liking there nothing to like in geeks for geeks. I’ve had a horrible experience working with them.They’re very unprofessional.HR of this company is not HR’S they’re firing machines.They have fired 100s of people since January to till date without any prior notice.This happens with me also last Friday they announced there are some UPS installations happening in the entire floor so everyone will working for home on Friday. I was not aware that in mid of afternoon they’ll revoke my access to my mail id without any discussion also they have that much of audacity. There is too much politics in this company. Especially in the sales department, No one lets you move forward. There will be unnecessary gossip about you, there will be gossip about your personal life because the manager here is so free. They make fake promises to do this or that but do nothing.
