Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is lots of politics and quarrel between us. But no big matter for job security. They are gossips to each other for new members. But they are all friends to each other.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.I learnt everything on the job.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
